Jason's graduation 12-16-10

So yes, again these pictures are all in the wrong order. We are looking at them from the end of the day to the beginning. Sorry. But anyways, let's begin shall we. So Jason graduated from POST (Police Officer Standards and Training) on the 16th of Dec. I am so proud of him. It was a grueling 8 month process. I barely made it, let alone him. Just kidding, he did awesome. He also recieved an award for Highest Academic Achievement Award. I missed it though, Lincoln decided to bonk his head and scream right as the awards were being handed out, so when I finally had him calmed down and brought back in, I see Jason walk back to his seat. I found out later that he had gotten this award. He and I were totally shocked. It was an awesome thing for him to recieve. It really was an awesome day.

This is when we went to eat at the end of the ceremony. Olive Garden is sooo good. Spencer and Lincoln love it, so we go there a lot. This is Jason coloring with Spence.

So I was totally happy with how they did. We had prepped Spencer beforehand telling him that we were going to did's graduation with all of his friends and that we wanted him to be a good boy so his friends would be impressed. So when he saw all the other graduates he wanted to shake their hands and introduce himself. He made a lot of friends that day. He thought any friend of dad's is a friend of his.

The whole group that came to support Jason. We love and are so appreciative of all who came to support Jason and all who sent their love over phone calls and emails. Thank you all for all the love you showed. Jason appreciated all of it. This is a huge step in our lives and we are eager to move forward and start a new chapter in our lives. We are just patiently waiting for a position to come our way for him. He will make an excellent Police Officer and I can't wait for him to have a job he will fully enjoy doing.

Dad, Mom and Grandma Woodbury drove up just for this and we totally love them for it. We were so lucky to have them there and watch Jason graduate. It was so special.

Forgotten Carols, Seeing Santa & trimming the tree

The Hale clan has had a very long running tradition to go every year to The Forgotten Carols at Cottomwood High School. We have a great time every year. It starts off the season right remembering the true reason for the season. We have taken the boys every year and with A LOT of help from family, they did pretty good. Thanks to treats provided by Kev and Tenille and a lap provided by Alisa. She had the hardest job through the whole thing, she had 2 young'uns on her lap the whole time, Spencer and Micah. Thanks again guys for all you do to keep me sane with my kids.

We take the boys every year also to South Towne Mall to see Santa. This is in the line, waiting patiently.

This is when we were all ready to go see santa. I know, my pictures are all out of order. So bare with me. Well, too bad, you have to anyway.

We decorated the tree as a family. It was so fun to see it all completed with 6 ornaments per branch down at the bottom. Let's just say all through the month of December the boys would rearrange the ornaments in different spots on the tree. They did a pretty good job.

Spencer was so cute, he had to make sure every ornament was perfectly hung.
