Disclaimer: I have made this blog for the intent to show loved ones what we've been up to lately. I also want to one day print it out and have it as a journal for the kids. I am not doing this to brag at all. I just thought this is a great way for you all to see what life's been like for us and what we've been doing. I love to see other people's blogs and see their pictures and see what they've been up to. That's all I'm doing here. Thank you!

Lucas and Lucy

Look at that shiner!!! Luke woke up with it one morning. We don't know the whole story about it, but it starts with Spencer and Luke playing peek-a-boo in his criband ends with this. So we think he hit his face on the side of the crib. Poor kiddo!!
It was a nice shade of purple and black for a nice week or so.
Doesn't Spencer look so old in this picture!!?
Linc with his Teddy, I have spent a many of hours looking for this dang bear at bedtime. He started out to be Spencer's given to him from his Aunt Tenille and Uncle Kevin and now it has been handed down to Lincoln who treasures it. And now it's a fight between Linc and Luke who gets it. And there is no replacement, I've tried.
So here is our little girl, Lucy. My mom had bought this outfit for Kambry and it was just sitting there soooooo I had to try it on Lucas. And he suddenly transformed to Lucy. He even answered to that name. We put on music and all the kids danced. Lucy is such a great dancer. I tried to put the bows in his hair that went with the outfit, but they wouldn't stay in. It would've completed the look.
I like to say when I show people this picture that we took him to church like this minus the black eye....put him in nursery and this is how he came home. Those meanies in nursery.
Yu have to admit though, it is a very cute outfit, probably looks better on Kambry, but still very cute.
My sweet sweet Lucy!!!

HAFB Air Show, Primary Children's appointment, and fireworks

We headed out to Hill Air Force Base's Air Show for an amazing time. Well, it started off great.....but then the rains came down and we were flooded out. We got all set to watch the show and the rain came down and just drenched us. We ran back to the car (about a mile away) and waited it out. We were so wet!!! So back home we went and came back the next day.
The boys loved the huge planes and all Spencer wanted to do while we were there was to sit in one.

Thank goodness we took the time to stand in line so he can get his picture.
Lincoln wasn't so sure about sitting in it, so he just stood for his picture.
This was the next day.....we made sure we were all prepared for whatever came our way. But it was great. The Thunderbirds were amazing as usual. The boys loved it!!!
All set for the Thunderbirds to perform.

 Me and my licorice men.
 My littlest man!!!

Do you like the milk beard?
The picture below needs some explanation.....Spencer loved seeing all the military men and women, that every one he saw, he went straight up to and would tell them, "Thank you for serving our country" and then would salute them. It was really cute. He would then, if they were women, proceed to kiss them on the back of their hands. All of them were very impressed. He even made some of them cry. It was a special thing for him to do. So the picture below is when we were on the way out and Lincoln wanted to join him.....Linc saw the positive reactions Spencer was getting and wanted a piece of it.
We took Lucas to Primary Children's ENT to get him checked out. He has apnea really badly and has all the symptoms Lincoln had at the same age. So we wanted to see if he needed to get his adenoids and tonsils out as well. But the doctor told us that he has exceptionally small nostroils and a very tiny jaw, which can make the surgery not as effective. So we will wait it out and see if things get any worse. It just kills us every time he screams in the night from his apnea. It scares him.....as well as us. But on a funny side note, as we were waiting in the waiting room, they called back a Lincoln, which I proceeded to stand up and walk back until Jason stopped me and then they called back a Spencer. I then had to take a peek at Luke and make sure who we brought with us to the appointment. Yup, I'm getting that bad. One more reason Boy #4 is enough.
We live in such a great place that in the month of June we can find a fireworks show almost every Sat. night. The towns around us all have their Town days this month and we try to catch as many as possible. This is South Jordan Town days fireworks show.
Luke loves this glowing ring we got a few years ago. It keeps him entertained while we wait for the show to begin.

We love watching fireworks. We bring blankets and just lay around and relax.
So this is another random picture of how bad a mom I am. This is one of those nights that the boys wouldn't stop talking after bedtime.....so Lincoln who was the culprit was put in time out. After a while of forgetting I put him there, Jason and I went to check on him and this is what we found. Poor kid!!! Doesn't he look so innocent. I know, I am so bad. I won't mention the time I put him in time out in our room on the floor......forgot about him......went to bed......and scared myself to death when I tucked myself in  and started hearing a grumbling noise on the floor. Only to find out it was him asleep at the end of the bed. I deserved that one.

May - Baseball chaos

So here is some random pictures I added that I liked. This outfit was an outfit that my older brother, Brian wore. All my boys have now worn it.
I think Luke liked his present from the boys. He sleeps with it every night. Now they all have their very own Mickey.
I signed the boys up for baseball this year. I had no idea it was going to be so condensed and chaotic. With only one car, we had games every Monday-Thursday for the whole month of May. It was so fun for the boys, but so hard at the same time.
Spencer loved his team. His coaches were amazing. He really caught on to this sport and loved every minute of it.
The picture below is how we told our friends we were having Baby Boy #4. We posted it on facebook.
Lincoln enjoyed playing in the beginning, but I think it got a little too much for him. He was a good sport about it though. It's a little tiresome for me when I drag all 3 kids to the park, hike out to his field, set up chairs and are all set to watch the game and the minute it starts, Lincoln asks, "Mom, is this going to be a long game or a short one...." And he's already ready to go home. Let's just say, for the most part I was running the bases with him and helping the team by picking him up off the field so he can get the ball that rolled past him already. So much fun!!! Just making memories here.
Jason got to go to a couple of games for the boys on his days off. It's hard to get work off or even come after work when most of the games are at 4:30 or 5. But when he was there, he helped out a ton.
 Our #9
 Brotherly advice
This was usually how Linc was out on the field. Either like this or.......
like this.
More advice from the big brother

Thank goodness for snacks at the end of each game. Such a lifesaver!!!
 Luke all ready to play.
 Linc up to bat.
Oh, have I said this is another way to play the game. From the prospective of the grass.
 Spencer's first lost tooth.
 What a goofball.

 He thinks he's so funny!!!
 Spencer is up next.
Luke loved to play with the extra baseballs laying around the field.
 Trophy time!!! Last game
For the first time playing, these 2 boys had a great time. They lucked out with amazing coaches, great teammates, and great weather (most of the time). Til next year......hopefully with a minivan.
