Disclaimer: I have made this blog for the intent to show loved ones what we've been up to lately. I also want to one day print it out and have it as a journal for the kids. I am not doing this to brag at all. I just thought this is a great way for you all to see what life's been like for us and what we've been doing. I love to see other people's blogs and see their pictures and see what they've been up to. That's all I'm doing here. Thank you!

It is time to take down Christmas and before I did, Spencer wanted me to take a picture of his countdown that he and Lincoln put up. The boys loved having Christmas decorations all over the house, so much that when it was time to take the tree down, Lincoln started bawling and ran into his room saying, "Mom, please don't take the tree down.....Christmas is not over....please mom". It was heartbreaking.

We had a surprise visitor over New Year's day. Grandma and Papa drove up to visit some friends and they stopped by on Monday and spent the day with us. It was so fun for the boys to get one-on-one attention with their grandparents. They loved every minute of it.
Before they left they took the boys on a walk around the neighborhood. The boys loved it.
Lincoln wouldn't leave his Teddy behind so Papa decided to put him in his back pocket and let him run around with him there. Teddy held on for dear life.

Here's Papa reassuring Teddy in Lincoln's back pocket.
The boys had a blast running around the yard. It was such a warm day, totally wierd for Jan 2nd.
Grandma Bowler with Spencer.
Lucas stayed behind while the boys went for a walk.
Off they go.

Spencer got to put up Grandma Hale's navitity countdown also. So here is the end result. It's funny how he placed them all.
We took the boys to see "Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked". It was a cute movie. The boys loved it. Their favorite part of the whole movie is when the credits are rolling and they get to go to the front of the theater and dance to the music. It's something that the kids have been doing since they could walk and by the end of the credits, there was about 15 kids down there dancing along with them. It was cute.
Spencer wanted to show us his "cool" pose. We wanted to take pictures in front of the chipmunks, but they didn't have any, so this worked for the boys.
Lucas enjoyed the movie also. He slept through the whole thing.
Hmmm, I think you have something on your face. He was eating Lucky Charms and they are stuck to his face and hands. So we went back to Cheerios.

Sleeping princes.
This is the outfit that Aunt Alisa gave Lucas for Christmas. It is so cute. He looks so dapper!! Thanks Aunt "Seesa"!!!
