Disclaimer: I have made this blog for the intent to show loved ones what we've been up to lately. I also want to one day print it out and have it as a journal for the kids. I am not doing this to brag at all. I just thought this is a great way for you all to see what life's been like for us and what we've been doing. I love to see other people's blogs and see their pictures and see what they've been up to. That's all I'm doing here. Thank you!

Happy Halloween 2012

This Halloween was such a busy day. Spencer was supposed to dress up at school for a day of fun. They had a parade for all the parents and then had a party in his class. He loved his costume!!! He made a pretty good looking Harry Potter.
These are some friends waiting for the bus. Cassandra, Faythe, and Spencer. Or should I say a cute ladybug, witch and Harry.
This was my last day being pregnant so we took advantage and got some cute pictures.
It is a sad and exciting time at the same time. Sad because this is the last time I will be pregnant and exciting because I know this is the beginning of our new chapter as a complete family. And can I add, sad because now I have to watch what I eat.....I can't just eat anything I want. :(
Lucas thought it was so funny when I asked him to hug by belly.
But he did it! He has no idea what's about to come over the next couple of days.
This is at Spencer's school. He likes to make the other kids laugh. He's such a comedian.
Dabreak Elementary did a fabulous job on this parade in their school. They had all the parents go to the gym and cafeteria which are next to each other, then all the kids by classes went around in a huge line and paraded around the school, then when they had gone past all the parents, they would then sit around the halls and watch the other kids parade around in their costumes. It was really well done and very fun.
I had to take a picture of this bulletin board at his school. He was one of the first group to get an award. Proud mama here.
 Close up.
In this school they have a Kindergarten Alley where all the kindergarten classes are down one hall. It is close to the office and away from the bigger kids classrooms. It is really cute. Here is one of the bulletin boards they did. Spencer was supposed to disguise Tom the turkey, so he wouldn't be founf and eaten during the holidays. So I bet you can't guess which one is Spencer's....let me give you a hint....Jason helped him do it. Yup, it's the Darth Vader Turkey at the top right side. It was a cute idea.
 This was the halloween party.
While the teacher and parents were getting the party ready....the kids played outside. There's Spencer on the swings.
Halloween night. All ready for trick or treating. Jason was getting home later than we thought so I loaded up the kids and off we went.
Linc (Mickey Mouse), Luke (Mike Wasowski), And Spencer (Harry Potter)
When we headed out the door all the neighbor kids were heading out also. So for a while around that night, they went with their friends. It was really fun for them. Then after a while Grandma Bowler joined us, she had just  drove up from St. George to help and Jason finally got off of work.  We walked around forever....it seemed.
All the boys really loved trick or treating this year. I was shocked how well they did. The weather was awesome and they really got into it. Every year down the road, a house puts on a garage haunted house where you can go in and get your candy and get spooked or the little kids can go to the front door and not get scared. So I thought with the boys as they are, Spencer can go through the garage and I would take the other two to the front door. Lincoln was so upset....he wanted to go through the garage....I was shocked. So he went in....now let me tell you about this house. It was scary even to me, they had black plastic bags covering everything with clear plastic draped down the opening of the garage with what appeared to be blood spattered on it. And they had eerie sounds coming from inside and fog everywhere. Lincoln walked right in and grabbed the candy like a champ. Next to the candy was a big box that was shaking. Lincoln said, "Mom, whats in that fridge", and out popped this demented clown holding a shovel. He came out and drug that shovel all around the garage. I was floored that my little four year old was not at all scared. just imagine a little Mickey Mouse walking right up to this huge scary clown and says "Hi" then we went out and Lincoln wanted to go right back in again. Before we left he said he wanted a picture with him, so he walks all by himself, back inside the garage and comes out holding his hand. I took the picture and Lincoln turns to him and says, "Thank you clown, see you next year. Happy Halloween". It was so funny.
Here's the picture Lincoln had to have with the demented clown.
Lucas wouldn't go to bed before he had a taste of his victory. He made the cutest Monsters, Inc, Michael Wasowski, ever. I'm glad I had this costume made for him. It turned out really cute.
I hope you all had a fabulous Halloween, I know we sure did. Now for the adventure that happens at 6:30 the next morning. Ready or not.....
