Disclaimer: I have made this blog for the intent to show loved ones what we've been up to lately. I also want to one day print it out and have it as a journal for the kids. I am not doing this to brag at all. I just thought this is a great way for you all to see what life's been like for us and what we've been doing. I love to see other people's blogs and see their pictures and see what they've been up to. That's all I'm doing here. Thank you!

All up to date and waiting for Thursday to come!!

So this is the week!!! We go in at 6:45am on Thursday, Nov. 1st. I am really anxious and excited to see this baby boy join our family. I wonder if I can really do this? 4 boys!!! I wonder what he will look like. Will he be a carbon copy of the others or will he have his own look? All these questions float around in my brain and I will have them all answered this week. I have such mixed emotions. This is going to be our last child. My body can't handle any more stress on it. I wish we could've had our girl, but I know God had different plans for us. I am just so blessed with the boys I do have and the life I get to live. I want to thank all our loved ones for all their support and love they have shown us this whole pregnancy. It has been a rough road, but with all the help and love we have received....it has made it so much easier. I love you all and can't wait to introduce you to our newest arrival. I know he will be loved as much as the other boys are. We are so blessed to have you all in our lives.

One Long, but fun Monday!!!

Yesterday was a very long and fun day!! First we picked Spencer up from school, went to my last doctor's appointment before the baby comes (Thursday morn), drove downtown, met up with Alisa at City Creek for lunch, went trick or treating around her office building to some special people, visited the Disney Store, then off to the pumpkin patch, and home for dinner and movie night (Madagascar 3). So much fun!!!
Can you tell we like to cram as much stuff in one day as we can. We do a lot on Jason's day off.
We have a picture of each of my boys at Aunt Alisa's desk. So this is Luke's turn. Such a little monster, so busy at work.
Harry Potter and Mickey Mouse. Our little monster didn't want to join in on this photo op.
He still didn't want to be a part of it, so this is the best I could get. Oh well.
We visited a really sweet lady in Alisa's building, Barbara. She is the sweetest lady ever. We have made this a tradition every Halloween and so it is every year she gets to spoil them, and that she does. This is Luke waiting for the fountain to go off, but it never did. Barbara said it will go off right when we leave. That's about my luck, for sure. It was so good to see her and visit with her for a while. She really is such an amazing person. I'm so lucky my boys have her in their lives, they really love her. She keeps saying that Spencer is going to be big someday and that she can say she filled them up on candy every Halloween. She is so awesome!!!!
We love every second we get to spend with Aunt "Seesa". She loves my boys so much and they love her just as much. They have such a special bond with her. It is so awesome to see. I gave Linc the option to go home with us for more fun or to stay behind and work with Aunt Alisa. Yup, no surprise what he chose.....just a clue......it wasn't to go home with us. He has some mad love for her.
 So sweet!!!
Now we went to the Disney Store. This is our Captain Monster. Lincoln's Mickey Mouse costume was a huge hit in this store. He kept getting approached by everyone saying what a cute Mickey he was. They were so happy that Mickey could visit their store that day.

Since none of the boys fell asleep on the way home, we decided to stop at the Pumpkin Patch near our home. It was a perfect day to be there. Early enough that their wasn't a lot of people. It was really fun.
The only problem was that it was so sunny. So all the pictures were like this. Oh well.
We finally found a shady place to take a picture. Jason said he wanted to show his baby belly too, so this is it.
Now off to find some pumpkins. Luke loved the ride in the wheelbarrow.
 "Ummmm, I like this one"
Lucas has a love for helicopters and airplanes. It is so cute. Even inside the house, if he hears a airplane outside he wants to see it.
 Lincoln boy!!!
 The boys picking their pumpkins.

 Lucas found his.
He would not let it go. It was just his size.
We had a great day!!!

Halloween parties and Kambry's 2nd birthday party

Our great friend Deanna and her daughter, Emma came and stayed overnight last week. It was also the night of our wards Halloween party. So we all got dressed up and headed out. It was lots of fun.
Emma and Lincoln....they have some mad love for each other. It is really cute how well they play and have fun together. It was so awesome to have them come and stay for a while. It was a great distraction, I have been a little crazy trying to get this place ready for another baby. So I got to visit and laugh and just sit still for awhile. I love when they come visit. It's so fun for the boys and for me also. Thanks D, I needed it so much.
The kids all ready for the party.
On Sat. Oct 27th, Kambry had her 2nd birthday party. I apologize now for all the pictures, but it is so hard not to when you have such a sweetie to take pictures of. Kambry is such a cutie pie that I can't resist taking her picture. Kevin and Tenille did such a great job at this party also. It was such a hit. Yummy food, great visiting, what else is there.
Isn't she getting so big!!!? I love this little girl so much. I can't believe she is 2 already. That means Lucas is not that far behind. It's been so fun having them only 3 months apart. They have a good time together.
Tenille made some awesome soup and then it was present time.
The first gift she opened was a huge hit.....a Minnie mouse that was as big as she was. She wouldn't put it down. She held on to it with every present she opened. Finally someone took it from her to "take the tags off" and it disappeared so we can get some pictures of her instead of every one having a huge ear in her face. It was really cute how much she loved that doll.
This was the present that my boys picked out for her. We went to Target that morning and the boys were so excited to be able to go down the girl section. Spencer and Lincoln kept pointing down an aisles and then say, "Mom, we can go down this one....it's a girl one". It made me laugh.

All of the presents this little girl got seemed like huge hits. She loved every one of them.
She got some awesome clothes. It made me sad a little that I will never be able to experience this cutsie stuff, but oh well.

The finale of the presents was this ginormous teddy bear that at first Kambry was a little skeptical about. But after seeing all the other kids hugging and loving it, she warmed up pretty fast. Lucas was in love.
This was her first reaction to it. She didn't really know what to think. It was 3 times her size. Hopefully she doesn't want to sleep with it in her crib.
Lucas was loving how soft it was. He would sit on it and rub his hands and face on it. We might have to go get one for him.
Once Kambry saw Luke on it, she joined in.

See, how can you not take tons of pictures of her. So adorable!!!
I love the dynamic these 2 have with each other. It makes me tear up every time I see them together. The love Tenille and Kevin have for this little girl is undescribable. It is so cute. I love to see Kevin's face as he is just watching her play and interact. She definately has him wrapped around her little finger.

Happy Birthday Kambry!!!! Make a wish and I hope they all come true.
She kept licking the top like an ice cream cone.
So precious!!! Ever since this little girl came into our lives 2 years ago, I don't think I have ever seen Kevin and Tenille so happy. They always have perma-smiles every time I see them. They both light up when they talk about her. It is truely so amazing to see and even better to be a part of. I am so lucky I can call them family.
So this pretty much sums it all up. I took this picture from their bathroom. I loved the quote and I was also bored waiting for Lincoln to finish up in there so I stole a picture. Thanks Tenille!!!
One tired boy!!! He fell asleep shortly leaving the party. He was all partied out. Thank you Kevin and Tenille for inviting us and letting us be a part of your special day. We had a great time.

DayBreak Elementary Super Star Award

Spencer was chosen to receive an award at school for being so caring. It is a huge thing in this school and we are so proud of him. On this particular morning, we woke up to SNOW!!!! So Spencer wanted me to take his picture of his first walk to the school bus in the snow.
Now a picture with his backpack in it, you know, so important.
 Off to school!
 Spencer and mom footprints.
 So pretty!!!
 This was the Super Stars!!!!

My boys after the award ceremony.
This was his award and prize. A chocolate glazed donut!! Yummy!!!!
We are so proud of Spencer. He is such a caring little boy and I am so happy that others see it too. This is one of those moments when you realize that even away from home, they act the way you hope they would. I just hope this sweet side of Spencer doesn't ever go away.
