Disclaimer: I have made this blog for the intent to show loved ones what we've been up to lately. I also want to one day print it out and have it as a journal for the kids. I am not doing this to brag at all. I just thought this is a great way for you all to see what life's been like for us and what we've been doing. I love to see other people's blogs and see their pictures and see what they've been up to. That's all I'm doing here. Thank you!

Spencer turns 3!!!!

Spencer Boy turned 3 on Sept 18th!!!! It's crazy!!! So we decided to celebrate with whoever could make it on a Fri day party. We went to Olive Garden (Spencer's choice) and then off to Discovery Gateway Children's Museum. It was so sweet for Alisa to take a 1/2 day off work to come and Deanna also was awesome for coming. Spencer was so excited you two were there to spend the day with him. It wouldn't have been the same without you two, so thank you, thank you, thank you. Grandma Hale, Jason and I with Lincoln also tagged along for the fun. We did have some fun.
Linc was happy with holding the balloons.
Spencer hugging his sweet Aunt Alisa.

Spencer loves the jacket (shown) and the pants with the HULK toy that Deanna gave him. Thank you D, we had a great time with you. You're so sweet!!!
Jason told Spence that he needed to think of a wish before he blew out the candles, so he did....
And he did....for a really long time. I hope it was a good wish.

I told Spencer that he needed to thank people for the gifts he got that day so Aunt Alisa taught him to hold both hands out and wave them up and down saying "Tank you, tank you tank you". It's really cute. I guess you need to see it. You probably will because he now does it ALL the time.
The cool jacket Deanna gave him. We love it!!!
Linc had fun with the wrapping.
Spencer got Woody from Grandma Hale. He now has Woody and Buzz. Lincoln has taken over Woody now. He adores it, he'll just laugh and pull the string. It's really cute.
The group at Discovery (minus Deanna, she's taking the picture, dang it).
Spencer really had fun on his birthday and I couldn't have made it so special for him without all who came and helped, so thanks again.

Aunt Alisa had fun with the stickers and they somehow found them all over Linc.
Our lil' Harry Potter.

"Two thumbs up on this birthday", I hope.

Spencer LOVES Olive Garden and that's where he wanted to go. But just FYI for everyone out there, they don't give out anything for their birthdays. It was such a bummer. They did sing to him which he loved, but they don't even give him a scoop of ice cream, that's lame!!!
This is Linc before the tantrum he through that whole dinner. He was exhausted and he wouldn't just give up the ghost and fall asleep, it was so aggravating. I think everyone took a turn holding him out in the lobby. It wasn't until he got in his carseat the he fell asleep HARD (it didn't help by giving him a little Nyquil either) Totally joking everybody, npw would I do that!!!!? Don't answer that.
This is when they sang to him.
He loves Olive Garden's salad, he eats everything in it, we think he's not that normal. What kid eats puple onions and loves them? It's strange, but we don't mind.

Randomness

This shirt is for you, Jonsie!!! "I think I'm turning Japanese, I really think so" that's Jonsie's theme song.

Linc and dad at play
So Mom Hale and I went to the coolest shop ever (kid to kid) and we got the cutest Halloween costumes for the kids for the next 3 yrs. Seriously!!!! They are super cute. What do you think?
Our lil' Honey Bear, Linc as a busy bee
This will be a future costume, but I didn't like the huge head on top so we removed the head and left the ears, now you can see his face, it's a lot better.
This year Spencer will be M-I-C-K-E-Y
M-O-U-S-E, he loves this costume.

This is a possibility for Lincoln this year. He has several to choose from, I know, it's an illness, I really should get some professional help, Alisa or Deanna, can you help me? I doubt it!!!

This is so cute, it's a Pottery Barn Kids that we got at Kid to Kid for $7.99.
"Woof"

So sleepy!!!! He fell asleep jumping in the jumper.
So Aunt Jonsie decided to paint Spencer's fingers with glittery nail polish. Joni was working on her nails when he wanted the same treatment, so she did and this is the results.

"HELP, I'm high-centered."
See!!!
These next pictures are priceless. But I'm not biased or anything.

Spencer right before church. It's an apron he's wearing.
