Disclaimer: I have made this blog for the intent to show loved ones what we've been up to lately. I also want to one day print it out and have it as a journal for the kids. I am not doing this to brag at all. I just thought this is a great way for you all to see what life's been like for us and what we've been doing. I love to see other people's blogs and see their pictures and see what they've been up to. That's all I'm doing here. Thank you!

Crafts, Micah's dance recital and Monsters U

Our ward put on a craft day and this is what I made, actually I just printed off the animals and the kids did their own painting on the canvas. THey turned out pretty cool, I think.
I just put dots of all different colors on their canvases and they did the rest. It was really fun....I am so sad I didn't get any pictures of them doing it. I realized this after the fact.

Can you tell that Lincoln's favorite color is purple? He thought this was so awesome....a purple elephant.
Spencer wanted a turtle and it had to be green. When do kids get so picky? But they did turn out so good. I just told them to go for it.
Lucas even got really into it.
Waiting for Spencer to get off the bus. The boys always watch him go by on the bus and they run our to watch him walk home.
We went to Micah's dance recital at Weber State University College Auditorium. It was so fun seeing her up there, in her element, shaking that bum. It was worth it. The boys loved seeing her all gussied up. It ran a little long, though. 4 hours is a lot for little boys to sit through, it was a lot for me.
Micah all grown up. So beautiful.
Spencer thought she looked so beautiful!!! He kept telling her how pretty she was and what a great job she did. We left moms house at 4pm and got home around 10:15pm. It was a fun, but long day.
 The gang
 Grandma Hale and Micah.
 I love her poses.
 Big hugs
 One last hug goodbye
Micah giving us the "all done" cheer
The kids were so amazing at the recital that when Jason came in the next day (Friday) we took the boys to go see Monsters University. Can I just say, to keep my kids entertained the whole time, it was a fantastic movie. I loved it!!!! Even Hank sat still the whole time.
On the way out of the theater, the boys wanted to try out the D-Box demo. The seats move to the action in the movie, it was so fun for them. They loved when the seats would shake. We had a great time.

Herriman fireworks and Daybreak Elementary carnival

We picked up Little Ceasars Pizza and headed to the park to see the fireworks. We had the best place to sit. Right next to the pavilion with the entertainment blaring. It was so fun.
Of course, Lucas has to find a way to make a complete mess.
But as you can see, it didn't bother him at all.
Quincy was all ready to see his 1st fireworks show.
We had time to spare so we had to improvise with some toys I just bought for them.
The boys are so good at keeping Quincy entertained.
Spencer showing me his glow necklace and bracelet. I love these things, the kids love them and it keeps me knowing exactly where they are when it gets dark. Win win
The show is about to begin.
The bouys loved going around this tree singing the songs the band was playing.
 Oh so sweet.
 Ready set boom!!!
The whole time, Hank was screaming, "these fireworks are amazing!" and "I love this!"
I kept taking pictures as the fireworks were going off. I love seeing their expressions more than the show itself.
Spencer was laying on my leg.
Even Quincy was liking it. I kept trying to cover his ears, but he would remove my hands, so I guess he didn't mind the noise.
After a long day at play outside....you have to end it with Otter Pops.
They can't stop at one though...they have to have 2. It's ok because hapf of Luke's end up on the ground anyways. He doesn't have it quite down yet.
Spencer's school was putting on a carnival last night. (Monday June 17th) so I decided to take the 3 boys. Spencer was showing me all the things he plays on everyday at school. He's so good at the monkey bars.
Then my heart dropped when I looked over and saw this. Not big enough to try this.
Spencer loved showing me all the things he can do.
We were waiting for the carnival to begin so we took advantage of the play ground beforehand.
Hank kept doing something like jumping in the air and putting his hands us and then says, "I did it!"
Spencer was showing me how he can be a spider. He then put his hands up and said, "Look mom,  no hands". Yikes! My heart can't take that kind of stuff.
So the carnival began and they had about 15v blow up slides and bounce houses. The boys were in heaven.
 Hank was loving it!!
The boys had planned out where they were going to go first and Batman was one of their favorites.
I pretty much sat in one spot after a while ad let the kids go from one thing to the next.
Luke wanted to go on the shark slide so Spencer helped him up the stairs.....it was so hard for him and I am so proud of him to take the time to do it for him.
This was the shark slide....it was ginormous.
 Spencer's out first.
Then came the other two.
Hank was so thirsty!!! He was gulping down the root beer and Sprite.
Oh, my boys at the princess castle. So sweet!! They didn't care it was princesses....it was fun.
Hank still drinking...
All the boys then went on this one again.
 It was so hot!!
they had carnival games and the boys loved getting the little prizes.
Spencer wanted to try out the rock wall. This was his first attempt.
 He didn't pretty good.
He would fall and climb right back up again. He didn't give up.
"Is it my turn yet?" Spencer went right back in line again to try it again.
 2nd attempt
He tried so many times. He kept getting higher and higher each time.
I love how determined he was.
Luke wanted to try the bounce house one more time before we headed back home.
This is how I would have been too. It was so hot and we had already been there for about 3 hours already.
He stayed like this for so long. It was so funny.
This was the last house they went in.
Spencer lost another tooth. I told him that his dad wasn't around so he was going to have to get it our by himself. And out it came. This is what the Tooth Fairy left him the next morning. It's a dollar bill shaped as a bow tie.
That Tooth Fairy is so impressive.
This is what the Tooth Fairy brought Spencer for the last 3 teeth he's lost. The first was a shirt, then a heart, and now a bow tie. What will that Tooth Fairy come up with next.
He says he doesn't want to spend them because they are too cool.
This is what happens when you don't put him down for a nap at naptime. He just decided it was time to sack out wherever he was.
