Disclaimer: I have made this blog for the intent to show loved ones what we've been up to lately. I also want to one day print it out and have it as a journal for the kids. I am not doing this to brag at all. I just thought this is a great way for you all to see what life's been like for us and what we've been doing. I love to see other people's blogs and see their pictures and see what they've been up to. That's all I'm doing here. Thank you!

My two men!!!

These were taken today, so now you can see what Lincoln looks like now.
Don't make fun, I know it's not the best picture of me, that's an understatement, it's a horrible picture of me, but it's a good one of the boys so please just ignore how I look. I need to catch the bug Alisa has. Maybe if I get my gallbladder taken out I can loose some pounds, because wow, I'm not lookin' too good. Alisa you're lookin' awesome!!!!!

This picture is soo cute, look at their hands, Linc just put his hands on Spencer's.

Now this is truely priceless, Spencer was telling Lincoln to say "cheese" for mom, and I had to snap a picture of this.

Boys, boys, boys

Spencer wanted his hair "difent" (different) today so since we were just laying low at home, I conplied. He loved it, I couldn't believe how it stayed all day like this. It was like this even the next day after he slept on it all night, I was shocked. Grandma Hale totally disapproved, she hated it. And she made it known, let me tell ya.
I thought it looked cute, I won't do it all the time, but with the outfit he was wearing, it fit.

This was Linc's face just the other day. I can't believe how long these scabs are staying on. It's driving me crazy, they look like freckles really, but I want my Lincoln back, so Jason took him in the shower with him and got them wet and after a while, they came off, with a little help from Jason, now it's just tiny patches of dry scabs. His arms blistered also with everything else, so his arms are a little dry also. It took forever to heal, but we're getting there.

Spencer loves to read to Lincoln. It's so cute. He has been doing this for Lincoln ever since Lincoln was a week old. I love watching him explain the book to Linc. He points to things and tells him all about the book. It's priceless!!

This was right before the shower, it was a huge difference after the shower, they came off pretty clean. You can barely tell now.
This is a CLEAN diaper on his head. He loves playing peek-a-boo.

Mamma mia!!!! it's movies at the park!!!

Thanks to Alisa, we went to a park next to her house that has movies playing every Friday night. The night we went it was, of course, "Mamma Mia". If you don't already know, Spencer's a HUGE fan of that movie. That's even an understatement, he's a MEGA fan. He knows ALL the songs by heart and he sings them nonstop ALL day long. He needs no music, he just sings and sings and sings. It's alittle much, anyway, we had a blast. Before the movie they had a DJ playing ABBA and other dance music and Spencer was totally in his element. He went to the front of the crowd and just let loose. He was up there singing and dancing. He was having a blast. It was really cute. Linc just chilled on the blanket and just loved being outside. He still has the scabs on his face, as you can see in the pictures and we got him those glow sticks and he just loved them. After the movie started it started getting a little breezy and then the sprinkles came and then soon after the faucet turned on, it started downpouring. Luckily, I had already started packing things up and we just had to dart to the car. It was so sad. Spencer was saying the lines and singing the songs, people around us were so entertained, they were shocked he knew the movie so well. It was fun, even if we went home early, it was worth going still. Thanks Alisa, we had a great time with ya. We'll have to do it again, without the rain next time.
Grandma Hale thinks this is the funniest thing in the world, how babies hands barely reach above their head. She just laughs everytime. It's her favorite thing to do.

The awesome "Funderbirds"!!!!

These pictures are so awesome!!!! Jason and I took turns on trying to capture the best pics. It was so hard!!! There are pretty fast!! We had such a great time. Jason almost cried because he wants to fly soooo badly, this just gave him more of an itch. Too bad it's too expensive. That's really what he wants to be, a pilot. It just drives him crazy. That's his dream job. Maybe one day.... Anyway, back to the "Funderbirds" as Spencer says, he had such a great time that with all the thunder that we've been having nowadays, Spencer shouts "Listen, it's the Funderbirds". It's so cute!!! It's little moments like that that make going to special events worthwhile. It's totally worth it when he still remembers that time.

The Air Show at Hill

We went to the coolest Air Show ever!!! It was so fun seeing Spencer's reaction to the planes and skydivers. His smile on his face never faded the whole day. It was worth it just for that. Jason also was loving it. He saw his dream plane, P-51 D, the owner of the plane was there and Jason and him talked for a while. It was so fun. The pictures of Spencer in the planes is actually Jason holding Spencer up on the opposite side. Cleaver, huh. Jason's idea, I wish I could take credit for it.

The picture above is awesome. I got a shirt that says the same thing. HAHAHA!!!
This was how Spencer was the whole time the Thunderbirds performed. He said it was soooo loud.

This was how Linc had to be the whole day, in the shade covered from head to toe. That little girl wouldn't stop staring at him. It was so sad. I think the saddest thing out of this whole ordeal was that we couldn't really console him by holding him close. We couldn't kiss let alone touch his face at all. That was the worst part, not being able to just hug him and hold him close. It broke my heart.

Spencer LOVED the planes and helicopters.
