Disclaimer: I have made this blog for the intent to show loved ones what we've been up to lately. I also want to one day print it out and have it as a journal for the kids. I am not doing this to brag at all. I just thought this is a great way for you all to see what life's been like for us and what we've been doing. I love to see other people's blogs and see their pictures and see what they've been up to. That's all I'm doing here. Thank you!

Dentist visits, Spencer's fun run and Kindergarten picture

We had a special visitor the night we came back from St. George. Alisa came over to bring Mom some flowers for her birthday. Alisa has been giving mom flowers for her (Alisa's) birthday since she was a teenager. It's so awesome of her to do that. She's such a good daughter.
Spencer wrote his teacher a letter for Teacher Appreciation Week. His teacher is so awesome!! She has made him love school and I love her for it.
Lincoln and Hank had a dentist appointment. This was Luke's first time so they called it a Happy Visit. He got to sit in the chair and open his mouth for the dentist and get a token for the prize box. He thought it was so cool.
 Waiting to go back.
Linc was first and he did amazingly well.
 Xrays
 All done...no cavities.
He wanted to read a magazine while he waited for the dentist to come.
Hank was just waiting patiently for his turn.
Thank goodness for games on the phone.
I came home from the dentist to find Q passed out on the floor.
 Another faux hawk day

Spencer's school was putting on a Fun Run and we surprised Spencer by coming to see him. Grandma Hale was generous enough to watch Quincy so I can take the other boys. They loves seeing the dolphin at the finish line. We waiting there for a while to see if we can see Spencer, but he ran it too fast and we saw him later. Hank kept asking if he could go back to see the "penguin". We really need to work on our animals with him, I guess.
We found Spencer with his class. He ran 2.2 miles and had two popsicles by the time we saw him.
Spencer with his class. Waiting to go in to the assembly.
They were missing some children so they had to wait longer than expected. But the kids were found, so inside they went.
 At the assembly.
The boys thought being at Spencer's school was pretty fun.
After school, Spencer had a dentist appointment. He did such a great job. The dental assistant asked him about his fun run shirt and asked him if he goes to DayBreak Elementary...he told her yes and she told him that he had her moms name on his wristband....turns out her mom is Spencer's kindergarten teacher. We told her how special she was to us and she agreed. What a small world.
This is the hardest part for Spencer. He had to swish the floride around in his mouth for a minute.....that's such a long time for a 6 year old...who am I kidding, it's hard for me too. This is his, "Please say I'm done" face.
Awesome visit...no cavities!!! Yipee!! Now it's time to go get another mustache out of the prize machine.
I love how this boy stands. Look at those legs....so yummy!!
